Level 1 is all about introducing you to Reiki, the history of Reiki, Reiki ethics and principles, the Chakras, and most importantly you will learn all about self-healing!

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate and your first attunement, which opens you up to channel the Reiki energy for yourself!

You will receive a Reiki Level 1 manual emailed separately once you have registered. There will be required reading prior to attending the 5 hour class.
